Tony Leung
President

A master mind of project consulting team and a major founder of IPE Logistics (Canada) Inc., Tony Leung brings rich industry experience, network, energy and passion to the company. Tony's industry experience was started in the 70's at Maersk Line as Sales Manager for Middle East/West Africa and then as General Manager of a Hong Kong base marine fleet. He later founded Kania Logistics, a leading project management and heavy lifting operations company based in Hong Kong. Tony started exploring Canadian freight forwarding industry in 1988 and founded IPE Logistics (Canada) Inc. in 2002.

Jeff Hao
General Manager

Jeff Hao holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business, York University. Jeff worked for Accolade Group as Manager, Logistics and Distribution prior to joining IPE Logistics (Canada) in 2004. Jeff brings not only his organization skills, strategic thinking, but also years of experience in airline industry in cargo, ground service, sales and marketing. Jeff is the driving force to bring IPE Logistics (Canada) Inc into a knowledge-based, cost-effective and international company.

Paul Xian
Manager, Operation and Customer Service

Graduated from South China University of Technology and holds a BSc degree in Engineering and Canadian Logistic Certificates, Paul Xian brings a very unique skills set that enables him to streamline operation process and control system at the most accurate and cost effective way.

With years of experience in Canadian logistics operations and maritime vessel handlings, Paul is an expert in transportation and distribution industry.
