Basic Requirement:

Minimum 3 years related experience in freight forwarding operations, customer service or related area;

CIFFA certification in freight forwarding, Dangerous Cargo handling, Air cargo handling etc,  is a definite asset;

Knowledge of air/ocean mode of freight transportation in an international environment is a must;

Air/Ocean Export experiences is highly preferred;

Handling of consolidation, and inland trucking experience is expected;

Customer service, rate quote experience in a forwarder organization is preferred;

Be willing to learn with strong self-driven motivation;

Be interested in, caring about, and quickly responsive for customer’s logistics demands;

Be Computer literate with strong research skills, take advantage of internet resources;

Be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Email;

To have logistics experiences in Asian market, be able to communicate with partners in Mandarin or other Eastern Asian language is an asset but not mandatory;

Be able to working in a team environment under supervision;

Must be fluent in spoken English, and be good at written English.
